Greetings to all enrolled students and families of Kenneth Copeland Bible College! Let’s get you ready to begin your academic journey by completing the following steps.

FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS.

  • Learn about college resources and services before attending KCBC On-Campus Orientation by completing your Welcome to KCBC video course. This course is an online orientation designed to introduce students to Kenneth Copeland Bible College’s mission, values, academic expectations, and community. Through a series of modules, new students will learn about KCBC Student Services/student life, go on a campus virtual tour, explore this rich heritage of Word of Faith biblical teaching, and navigate Populi – KCBC’s learning management system. Welcome to KCBC serves as a resource of next steps, supplies necessary tools, and is the gateway to all things KCBC. Students will have several weeks to review the KCBC 2025 Academic Catalog and Student Handbook.

Orientation Registration (Enrolled Students Only)

KCBC Welcome Week on-campus orientation, Monday, August 18th to Friday, August 22nd.

  • Experience KCBC Life. Meet new students and families, connect with campus resources and student leaders, explore campus and Fort Worth, and engage in student involvement and resource fairs.

  • From the onset of your arrival through the beginning of classes in August, you can engage in EMIC church services to get connected to communities already available to you as a KCBC Student.
  • Join us for SWBC ’25 to meet your classmates and hear the Word, explore the campus and the city of Fort Worth, and prepare for the Fall semester.

RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY

  • We’re thrilled to have you back on campus and can’t wait to embark on this new chapter together.
  • Engage in EMIC Church Programs and SWBC where you can reconnect with old friends and make new ones. Here’s to a semester filled with growth, inspiration, and endless possibilities!

NEXT STEPS FOR ACCEPTED INCOMING STUDENTS AT KENNETH COPELAND BIBLE COLLEGE:

1. REGISTER FOR NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

  • New Student Orientation is Wednesday August 20th for all first-year students.
  • Before attending, please register online at KCBC 2025 Orientation Registration no later than by August 6th.

2. UPLOAD BULLDOGCARD ID Pic and VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID

The BULLDOGCARD ID is your official ID at Kenneth Copeland Bible College. It shows your status as a member of the KCBC family. It is important for you to always keep your KCBC ID on you. It will provide access to several on-campus amenities such as: Library access, events on campus, Bulldog Fitness Center, HQ dining room and more.

Please note: A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your BULLDOGCARD ID. No exceptions will be made. Examples of acceptable photo ID documents include driver’s license or passport. All BULLDOG CARD ID cards must be picked up by the card holder.

  • Please upload a recent picture to BulldogCard ID and follow the prompts. Photos must meet the requirements listed below. (KCBC reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.)
  • After submission and approval of your photo, we will send a confirmation email to your home email address.
  • You will pick up your ID card when you arrive for your orientation. (A valid government-issued ID will be required to receive your BULLDOGCARD ID)

3. SUBMIT VEHICLE REGISTRATION and FITNESS CENTER RELEASE FORM

All Students must submit a Vehicle Registration form.

If you are interested in using the Bulldog Fitness Center, please fill out the following Fitness Center release form and pay your $50 for the upcoming Fall Semester. PLEASE NOTE that as a student of KCBC you are not required to use the fitness center, but if you would like to take advantage of it you may. The $50 fee will need to be paid per semester, and you will be charged when you fill out the form.

4. SECURE OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING

While we do not provide on-campus housing directly, securing off-campus housing in advance is crucial. If you have not secured housing yet or need resources, please contact relocation@kcbiblecollege.org.

5. SUBMIT ANY OUTSTANDING TRANSCRIPT/REFERENCES

This may not apply to all students but, ensure any outstanding references or official final high school/college transcript, with graduation date, are sent electronically (preferred), by mail, or in person to the Office of Admissions. For electronic submission, use admissions@kcbiblecollege.org. Transcripts/References must be received as soon as possible.

6. WELCOME TO KCBC (PRE-ORIENTATION COURSE)

Complete the pre-orientation course, “Welcome to KCBC”. This must be completed by Friday, August 15th.
